Cheers! To A Very Berry Bramble!

Big Sweet Ripe Berries Are In Season!

What better way to celebrate the juicy sweetness of seasonal strawberries and blackberries than muddled with fresh lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, your favorite gin and lots and lots of crushed ice! My advice? Add this Quick & Delicious Cocktail to your arsenal of summer cocktail recipes for a refreshing drink that's sure to please.


Its 5 O'clock somewhere!

Very Berry Bramble

Yields 1 cocktail


2 ounces your favorite gin, I love Brooklyn Gin

½ ounce raspberry liqueur

½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 large ripe strawberries, stem removed

5 ripe blackberries

½ cup sparkling lemonade

1 sprig fresh mint, garnish


Using a cocktail muddler or the back of a spoon, smash the berries and lemon juice in a rocks glass. Add the gin, raspberry liqueur and crushed ice. Stir until chilled. Top with sparking lemonade.

Garnish with a sprig of crushed mint and Enjoy.
